    By signing this document I acknowledge and agree to the terms below in consideration of participation in a session with Georgie Valdal and VFit.

    1. Assumption of Risks

    You understand the Session may involve inherent risks including high physical exertion and potential accidents. You assume full responsibility for any injury or damage.

    2. Medical Conditions

    It is your responsibility to understand your health condition, maintain appropriate medical insurance, and disclose any limitations. You represent you are in good health and participating voluntarily.

    3. Release & Indemnity

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and indemnify VFit from any claims, actions, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from your participation.

    4. Governing Law

    Governed by Australian law. Disputes subject to Queensland courts.

    5. Acknowledgment

    You have read and understood this agreement and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms for any Session with VFit.
