Membership Cancellation Policy
Effective April 2026
Cancellation terms for each membership tier are outlined below. Membership begins from the date of your first session. By holding a membership, you agree to these terms.
Signature Membership
Lock-In Period3 months
Membership Cancellation2 weeks' written notice. Can run concurrently with lock-in.

Cooling-Off Period
New members have 48 hours from the date of signing up to the booking system, or as agreed with VFIT, to cancel their membership without penalty. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within this period. If a session has already taken place within the 48-hour window, that session will be charged at the applicable casual rate.
In the event of a coach-initiated cancellation, sessions will be rescheduled at no penalty to the member.
