Every class and private sessions' programming have been developed from 15 years of experience and in some of the world’s leading training facilities. 

The VFIT method stems from traditional methods all the way through to modern techniques. We cater to every one, as we know that each individual body is unique and no two bodies are the same.

Georgie Valdal - Founder of VFIT
  • Founder

    VFIT is led by founder and principal instructor Georgie Valdal, a passionate advocate for the functional and aesthetic benefits that movement can provide the body. Georgie has world-renowned credentials with other 15 years of experience in Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, Stretch Therapy and Track and Field.

  • Instructor

    Elly-May is a Pilates instructor with a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and Podiatry. She enjoys teaching a faster paced, strong class while also incorporating the fundamental aspects of traditional Pilates. Over her seven years of instructing she has taught many styles of Pilates including matwork, reformer and barre and draws upon these to make her classes challenging and fun.
