Run Club is designed to cater to ALL fitness levels. Whether you are just starting to run or you have a BIG goal / challenge to achieve. We will get you there fitter, faster and stronger. Each session is different and we promise we will have fun doing it!.

Our signature Studio Equipment class focuses on traditional Pilates based movements & equipment as well as Strength & Conditioning equipment. It will challenge all body types and will leave you feeling stronger, tighter and taller! This class is only 6 clients to give a very exclusive private session. THURS 9.00AM - Mums & Bubs welcome

express stretch

This class fuses mobility, yoga, rehab, recovery, mindfulness, and strength into an express class. It will focus on the areas that need the most attention to help master the foundations required for effortless movement. After each class there is always time to have a Q & A with Georgie about any areas / stretching you would like help with.
